The powerful Gartenmeister electric hedge trimmer "GM 7160" features a 710-watt motor with a metal gear. The counter-rotating, laser-cut blades are diamond-ground on both sides and enable a precise and clean cut. The handle can be adjusted to 5 positions, allowing for ergonomic and fatigue-free work. Hand protection, a quick blade stop, and a two-hand safety switch ensure maximum safety.

The safety belt included in the set "tames" annoying cables and makes work easier. Electrical tools are indispensable in gardening and DIY – and they all have one thing in common: the annoying cable. This cable is often in the way and significantly disrupts the workflow. Furthermore, there is a high risk of accidentally cutting the cable, which in the worst case can lead to a dangerous electric shock. The safety work harness guides the cable across the back behind the body and keeps it safely out of the entire work area. The cable is easily and quickly inserted into the harness and secured with the zipper. Then the harness is guided over the shoulder and upper body, closed with a click fastener, and off you go. Whether for a lawn mower or trimmer, hedge trimmer, electric chainsaw, power cutter, or electric stapler – this harness facilitates work with any electrical tool and increases safety. The safety work harness is adjustable in length from approximately 100 - 147 cm.

The sharpening attachment for hedge trimmers, which is also included in the set, consists of two diamond-tipped grinding attachments. This diamond-tipped grinding attachment puts a definitive end to blunt hedge trimmers, grass shears, hand hedge trimmers, hatchets, axes, and much more.
The conical, diamond-tipped grinding attachment enables optimal sharpening of the hedge trimmer blade. In addition to cooling the grinding area (thus extending its service life), the rotor also provides a clear view of the saw blade being sharpened by blowing away dirt and grinding residue.
Sharp blades ensure a perfect, clean cut and prevent frayed hedge shoots, which seriously impair healthy hedge growth. Harmful fumes that arise during grinding due to deposited tree resin on the hedge trimmer blade are also blown away by the rotor on the grinding head.
The diamond grinding attachment can be driven by any standard drill and can be used both clockwise and counterclockwise.
