A favorite when it comes to cushioning and support is the CORBY XXE blue Low ESD S1. What makes it so special? The Infinergy® material from BASF, which is used here at two critical points within the sole, in the rearfoot and forefoot, better distributes pressure upon impact, while at the same time creating a spring effect at the level of the ball of the foot, which propels the wearer forward when running. Responsible for this: TPU design elements that are effectively incorporated into the EVA midsole.
This ESD-capable safety shoe has even more to offer. An approximately 8 mm high heel edge improves grip on ladders, and the steel cap in the toe provides a shock-resistant toe protector. The mesh upper is completely flexible, fits well on the foot, and allows for plenty of freedom of movement. At the same time, the textile lining ensures sufficient air circulation to prevent perspiration from developing. The rubber outsole makes no compromises when it comes to slip resistance, and the metal-free penetration protection prevents sharp objects from penetrating the sole.
