Thanks to its 2800-watt power, the steam ironing station is ready for use in just two minutes and provides enough steam pressure to effectively and easily iron clothes. Thanks to intelligent Smart Mode technology, a single temperature setting is sufficient, which, with optimal steam adjustment, perfectly smooths all fabric types and thus prevents shine. Of course, the device can also be adjusted manually. With a continuous steam output of up to 130 g per minute and a steam boost of up to 450 g per minute, even stubborn creases disappear quickly. To ensure the iron never runs out of steam, the 1.8-liter XL water tank can be removed and refilled without interruption. During short breaks or interruptions, the steam ironing station automatically switches off after 10 minutes of non-use. Cleaning the Grundig SIS 9870 steam ironing station is also very easy with the Calc-Defense descaling system. Descaling requires only opening a cap, which allows the water and limescale particles to be easily emptied. Thanks to the Smart Clean function, the station emits a visual signal as soon as the steam ironing station needs descaling.
