The Anna is a simple steam launch for passenger and freight transport, of the kind used everywhere around the turn of the century.
The kit for the popular steamboat Anna has been redesigned and is now also offered with a new steam engine, the Anna Version 2, creating a very attractively priced complete package for beginners in ship modeling with a functioning steam engine.
The "Anna" steam engine is a single-acting, single-cylinder engine with a soft-soldered brass boiler, heated with dry spirit (Esbit). This visually appealing engine delivers astonishing power, propelling the steamboat Anna forward easily and swiftly. The steam engine cannot be regulated. The boat is steered solely by the rudder.
