The compact DRIVE Action garage door operator with two 4-channel handheld transmitters is an affordable entry-level model that enables radio-controlled operation of rail-guided up-and-over and sectional doors up to 8 m². With its extensive safety and convenience features, the garage door operator clearly stands out from other models in its price range.

The simple one-person installation and the automatic limit position adjustment mean that the garage door operator is ready for use in a short time. The DRIVE Action's 4-part guide rail is mounted to the ceiling and is made of galvanized, torsion-resistant steel. Furthermore, the sliding carriage located in the guide rail is connected to the door arm, the bracket attached to the door, and the drive chain. When the garage door opener is started up, the motor adapts to the existing garage door and automatically adjusts the force setting with each travel. When the set end points are reached, the motor switches off precisely using electronic travel detection.

The motor head is mounted on a galvanized steel plate, which gives it greater stability. The control panel and other connection options are concealed inside under the light hood. The connections can be used, for example, for separate lighting or a wicket door contact. Energy-saving LED lighting is already integrated into the motor head. The lighting switches off automatically after three minutes after the operator has been operated, or it can be manually switched on or off using the handheld transmitter, independently of the garage door operator.

All garage door operator models feature automatic obstacle detection, motor overheating protection, an emergency release for the inside, and secure radio transmission. The radio is transmitted at 433.92 MHz and is protected by a so-called rolling code. This makes it difficult for unauthorized persons to intercept the radio signal.
