Its massive tires promise tremendous grip on any terrain, and the oil-filled aluminum shock absorbers do their part to make the X-Maxx ideal for handling on any surface. Despite the large suspension travel, the turning circle is small.

• The fully ball-bearing cardan all-wheel drive ensures incredible acceleration. Whether on grass, in dust, or on asphalt, it can reach speeds of up to 80 km/h.
• The brand-new motor mount fixes the distance between the motor and the main gear, even under the most brutal conditions. Locking pins ensure optimal pinion play and eliminate complicated adjustments.
• The X-Maxx features the first Traxxas "one-click" body mount without split pins. The body can be easily attached to the vehicle using a rotary lever.
• A new servo with a metal heat sink was developed that can withstand the monstrous conditions and is perfectly matched to the huge tires and suspension.
• The unique Traxxas slipper clutch, cooled by two fans, absorbs the power from the drivetrain and balances high torque, ensuring you never lose control of your X-Maxx.
• Thanks to Traxxas' modular chassis design, the entire front and rear axles can be removed and installed in one go.

TSM - Traxxas Stability Management

This innovative steering assistance makes it easier to control the vehicle on slippery and uneven surfaces and corrects the line. The multifunction button on the TQi remote control allows you to continuously adjust the degree to which the TSM intervenes in the driving behavior. This affects not the throttle position but only the steering movement.

Self-righting system

If the vehicle lands on its roof and remains stationary, you don't have to right it; simply press a button on the remote control. The X-Maxx now rights itself with throttle and steering movements. As soon as it's back on its wheels, the driving fun can continue.

TQi 2-channel remote control

With the advanced Ready-to-Race remote control, you don't have to set any channels or frequencies. The ergonomic design is very appealing thanks to the integrated and therefore protected antenna. The TQi is lightweight and fits comfortably in the hand.

The automatic model selection recognizes up to 30 models without having to save them first. As soon as you turn on the transmitter, the model and its settings are loaded.

Steering and throttle endpoints can be precisely adjusted. The multifunction knob can be used to adjust the TSM, steering sensitivity (Expo), throttle sensitivity (Expo), steering percentage (Dual Rate), braking force percentage (Dual Rate), or throttle trim.

Traxxas Link Wireless Module Compatible

The separately available wireless module transforms your Android, iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch into a tuning tool for your Traxxas model. Download the Traxxas Link app from Google Play or the App Store, and you can optimize your Traxxas model via your color display with a colorful, visually appealing user interface.

Velineon Brushless System

Consists of the Big Block 1275XL Kv brushless motor and the VXL-8s speed control. The components are powerful and waterproof. With Velineon, you have the largest selection of compatible batteries, allowing your vehicle to reach top speeds of up to 80 km/h.

The motor is protected from overheating by an aluminum heat sink and a temperature sensor that shuts down if necessary.

The controller is optimally matched to the motor and features three driving profiles. Operation is straightforward and controlled via a single button. It is waterproof and features two-way low-voltage protection with automatic shutdown.
