The "Home X12CD" ​​is your practical everyday helper – whether at home, in the home office, or in the office. Our paper shredder is ideal for destroying sensitive data, such as payslips, tax documents, and bank statements. The shredded paper lands directly in the 21-liter waste basket. The viewing window lets you see when it's time to empty the wastebasket. You can also shred plastic cards via the paper feeder.

This shredder also has a separate feeder for CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays. This allows you to dispose of data storage devices safely and prevent others from using or reading your CDs. The leftovers end up in a separate container and can be disposed of sustainably and separately from the paper.

Secure destruction of your confidential data with cross-cut technology

The document shredder shreds up to 12 sheets of DIN A4 paper (80 g/m²) at once. Thanks to the power LED, you can immediately see whether the device is switched on. The professional cutting shafts cut your confidential documents into 4 x 40 mm thin paper strips. The paper strips are thus approximately the length of a universal screw. This cutting size corresponds to security level P-4 and protection class 2 according to DIN 66399. Sensitive mail, files, and data sheets remain protected and can be disposed of safely.

Super practical: With the automatic start/stop function, the document shredder automatically begins shredding when material is inserted into the feeder and stops as soon as the process is complete.

Quality cutting shafts made of high-quality steel

Did you accidentally put the entire twelve-page, stapled script into the paper shredder? No need to panic, the high-quality steel cutting shafts shred the script all at once – and even staples aren't bothered by them. At 72 dB, the shredder is only as loud as a running kettle. For the sake of waste separation and the environment, it's best to remove the staples beforehand.

Safe and durable thanks to the safety device and reverse function

The safety device ensures that the cutting rollers only rotate when the device head is correctly positioned on the wastepaper basket. Otherwise, the integrated safety feature prevents shredding. The overheat protection gives you and the "Home X12CD" ​​a short break. It automatically shuts off the document shredder to prevent damage. While the shredder cools down, the overheat LED lights up.

You've been bitten by the cleaning bug, and you're shredding your old tax documents. In your haste, you might end up putting too many sheets into the paper feeder. No problem: With the reverse function, you can easily clear the paper jam and continue shredding.
