If you purchase DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh will be automatically activated after 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you via email.
DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased through official or authorized channels. DJI Care Refresh services are only available in the region of purchase.
The replacement devices are in like-new or near-like condition in terms of performance and reliability.

DJI Care Refresh can only be added and registered with a new purchase or within 48 hours of the initial activation.
