If you have the AL-KO MT 40 multi-tool, you can easily convert the basic tool into a cordless hedge trimmer with the HTA 4045 attachment. Thanks to the tool-free quick-change system, the attachment is attached in a snap – and hedge trimming can begin. The counter-rotating safety blade guarantees the greatest possible accident protection and ensures your undisturbed enjoyment of your garden.

With the low-vibration attachment, precise cutting is easy and effortless. Thanks to the battery-operated base unit, you have complete freedom of movement when operating the tool without having to worry about annoying cables. The included carrying strap also supports you in fatigue-free operation of the hedge trimmer. It is quiet, emission-free, and low-maintenance – and can therefore be used without scheduled rest periods.

The 45 cm long, counter-rotating safety blade has a cutting width of 20 cm. It is diamond-ground and, thanks to its sharpness, facilitates precise and powerful cutting. Getting stuck or jammed on thick branches is reliably avoided – for your rapid progress and the elimination of accident risks.

Thanks to the included shaft extension, you can extend the hedge trimmer by 70 cm, achieving a working height of up to 3.5 m.

With one battery charge of the EnergyFlex Li-ion 40 V/5 Ah battery in the MT 40 base unit, you can work for up to 75 minutes – ideal for the home garden. An empty battery can be recharged in approximately 2 hours, allowing you to work uninterrupted when using a spare battery.
