You should only use easily recyclable materials. These materials include:

• Fruit and vegetable waste
• Coffee and tea grounds
• Crushed eggshells
• Potted plants and cut flowers
• Used potting soil

Other materials such as meat and sausage, fish (general food scraps), bones, cigarettes and ash, vacuum cleaner bags, and street sweepings may not be composted!
