The larvae of the common woodworm, which are only a few millimeters in size, can chew through entire pieces of furniture or, in the worst case, even severely damage the supporting beams of houses. This water-dilutable wood preservative is used to combat and protect against new infestations such as woodworm, house longhorn beetles, and sapwood beetles. E.g. roof trusses, stairs, furniture, works of art, etc. Wooden objects used to store feed and food, as well as beehives, should not be treated.
First, thoroughly clean the affected wooden element of dirt and wood dust. Then fill a suitable spray bottle with Kluthe Woodworm Death and use it to treat the damaged wood.
