Sourdough and yeast cultures need sufficient time and air to break down certain sugars, among other things, during the maturation process. Dust the pan with plenty of flour and let the dough rise in a warm place, covered with the practical cotton cover. The pans are suitable for all types of dough. Whether it's sourdough, mixed rye, whole-grain dough, etc., turn the well-formed dough out onto a baking sheet before baking. The wicker baskets are lined with a cover and also make a pretty bread basket for rolls, bread, and croissants. Round (Ø 24 x 8.5 cm high) for 1.5-2 kg bread dough, oval (27.5 x 14 x 7.1 cm high) for 0.75-1 kg loaves. Please clean the proofing baskets by hand; the covers are washable at 30°C.
